At The Companions Wardrobe (TCW), we believe that the journey of a garment—from our archive to your doorstep, should reflect the same standard of discipline as the tailoring itself. We don't just "ship" products; we deliver a legacy.

1. Shipping Standards

We operate with a focus on speed and reliability, ensuring your uniform is ready when you are.

Australian Domestic Shipping: We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all Thobes, Australia wide.
Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). During the peak Ramadan Archive launch, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to maintain our precision quality checks.
Delivery Partners: We utilize Australia Post to ensure your thobe reaches you within 2–4 business days Express and 5–8 business days for standard Australia.
International Shipping: TCW ships globally. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. The TCW Return Policy

We build garments to a higher standard. However, we understand that achieving the perfect Authoritative Silhouette sometimes requires a change in size.

14-Day Evaluation: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Condition of Entry: To be eligible, the thobe must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags (including the Sahaba Calligraphy tag) attached. We cannot accept returns on garments that show signs of wear, fragrance, or cigar smoke.

Exchanges: If the fit isn't right, we will facilitate an exchange for a different size, provided the stock remains in the Archive. Given the limited nature of our collections, we recommend initiating exchanges immediately.

Refunds: If a return is necessary, once our team inspects and approves the garment’s condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the sanctity and hygiene of our garments:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a clearance archive cannot be returned or exchanged.

Garments that have been custom-tailored or altered by a third party are void of any return or exchange options.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

Our thobes undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection. In the rare event that a garment reaches you with a defect in the embroidery or the hidden zip system, contact us at thecompanionswardrobe@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will rectify the situation with the urgency it deserves.
